About Dr. Parikh

Dr. Parikh specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders, including the esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, biliary tract, small bowel and colon. He is an accomplished physician scientist and researcher with extensive honors and publications. His research interests include endoscopic management of obesity, advanced luminal endoscopy techniques, pancreatic cancer, gastrointestinal bleeding and ERCP/EUS.

Dr. Parikh is a member of ASGE Bariatric Endoscopy Special Interest Group, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology, America Gastroenterological Association and American Medical Association.

Dr. Parikh is a strong advocate for nutrition and preventative care including colon cancer screening beginning at age 45.

In his free time, Dr. Parikh enjoys running, video editing, music composition, piano, basketball, weight-lifting, and business entrepreneurship.
